Please review our policies before your stay.

Guest Policy

  • Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed at the property without parents/guardian.
  • Non-Govt IDs is not accepted as ID proof(s).
  • Govt. ID is accepted as ID proof(s).
  • Smoking within the premises is not allowed.

Payment Policy

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, NEFT / RTGS Bank Transfers, UPI and Cash for payment.
  • Full payment (Room Rate + Tax) for the entire stay will be collected at time of check-in.
  • All guests are required to settle all pending charges upon check-out.
  • The Hotel does not guarantee a late check-out. Please contact our Front Desk on the day of departure to check if we can accommodate such requests.
  • Certain plans are non-refundable. Please check carefully when booking your reservations. We are unable to offer policy exceptions in such cases.

Cancellation & Refund

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund is available for cancellations received 24 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in incur 100% cancellation charges.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after management approval.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 weeks.
